Yes we source all of our meats 100% halal cut. The primary benefit with the Halal Cut is that the blood is completely let out from the bird which makes the meat stay longer and is more healthier.

Our core mission is to provide chemical-free, unadulterated food to consumers. We take utmost care while sourcing the meat with no harmful chemicals, preservatives and artificial flavors while processing the meat to delivery.

We ensure to source the chicken from quality certified poultry farms who have proven methods and process that ensures the meat is free from antibiotics.

Theoretically, frozen meat is any meat which has been held in a frozen atmosphere and whose temperature has dropped below -4⁰ C, whereas Fresh meat is meat straight from the animal, held in a chill atmosphere below 4⁰ C but above freezing temperature. Also, fresh meat is always ready for consumption right away.

We support both online payment options as well as cash on delivery payment as well.

Yes. We do not store credit card details in our system. All online payment related transactions are carried out using trusted Razorpay backed payment gateway system.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any point until it is out for delivery and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment. Please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

Yes! You can pre-book and schedule delivery for the next day.

Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses if the delivery location is within 6 km from our delivery/process center. However we recommend placing separate orders for each address.

The team at Frenchy’s TFC comes from rich experience in food industry. Frenchy’s meats are sourced, packed and delivered to customers with highest care of maintaining tender freshness and most hygienic. Currently, the meat available at other normal shops doesn’t qualify the bare minimum hygiene and safety standards on how it is sourced, handled, processed and packed. Our motto at Frenchy’s TFC is to give far better value for money to our customers than anywhere else.

No, we do not charge delivery charges if the delivery is requested within 3 kilometers from our delivery/process centre and if the total order value is minimum 500/-.

Yes, you can add a new address in your account. You can add and save as many addresses as you want to.

Depending upon the location of your location from our delivery/processing center, we try to make delivery within 60 minutes.

We currently have two delivery/process centres – one each in Horamavu and BEL road, Bangalore – and have plans to fast expanding at increasing the number. You can pick up our products from these locations, depending on the stock availability there. You can use our website or mobile app to place any specific order, and have us deliver it to your doorstep in 120 minutes or less.
